Hey friend, I’m Raylee I’ve been a women’s mindset coach, an entrepreneur and a mother my whole adult life, and I’m obsessed with the question, “How can I do it all well without sacrificing their happiness and my health?” Another question is, too, “How can I chase my dreams without my kids ending in therapy?” Or how can I do what I love and still have a phenomenal family and health?” I live in a small salty coastal town at Caves Beach with my four daughters, one son, a delicious husband, and a scraggy poodle Luna. We are a blended family locally referred to as The Brady Bunch. My husband Chris and I both have two daughters and a son each. We are a squad and do not distinguish between the families, and we are one. We are an active family who loves the beach life, dirt bike riding and spending lots of time around campfires watching the bush tv. We cherish the simple things in life, and everything stops at 6:30 pm for family dinners. I am most proud of how our family are a well-oiled machine. The house is organised, and the kids are resilient, respectful, and engaging. But, honestly, it wasn’t always like this way. Together we have evolved and learned what works and doesn’t. You, too, can have it all running smoothly. All of these are balancing acts. But, with the proper ritual, mindset, habits and values, you can create a phenomenal family, career and home life. Coaching inner strength is an inside job.
